Duties
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are prepped according to recipes and standards.
- Cook menu items as directed, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Support banquet operations by preparing large quantities of food efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Participate in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for events and daily operations.
- Assist with bussing dishes and maintaining a clean dining area as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of food handling safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with excellent communication skills.
