Summary/Objective
The Table Busser is responsible for clearing tables, taking dirty dishes to the dishwasher, setting tables, and assisting the waiting staff.
Essential Functions
- Prepares dining room for guests by setting tables and stocking all necessary supplies prior to the beginning of service.
- Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed.
- Cleans and resets tables after guests leave.
- Assists waitstaff as needed.
- Maintains health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas.
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior restaurant experience.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Must be eligible for and maintain SIDA badge required to work in airport.
- Must be 18 or older.
- MUST hold a valid certification from a ‘Responsible Alcohol Service’ organization (such as TIPS, or ServSafe Alcohol, 21-Proof, etc.).
- Must be able to communicate with our Guests (customers) in English language.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
