Now Hiring:
Bartender/Mixologist - Masters of service who know how to pour with precision, serve with grace, and cultivate an alluring atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, elevated guest experience.
- Prepare and serve wine, beer, and specialty cocktails with precision and consistency.
- Guide guests through beverage selections, making recommendations based on preferences and pairings.
- Maintain bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and communicate ordering needs.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and presentation-ready at all times.
- Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system.
- Support wine tastings, special events, private parties, and educational experiences.
- Train and mentor team members on beverage knowledge, service standards, and responsible alcohol service.
- Maintain compliance with all local alcohol regulations, health codes, and ServSafe standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of bartending or mixology experience in a restaurant, wine bar, cocktail lounge, brewery, or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and classic cocktails.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Retail Associates – Passionate individuals who bring our store to life, ensuring guests find the perfect bottle to take home.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the wine selection and inventory management, ensuring a diverse and high-quality offering.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patrons with wine selections and pairings.
- Train staff on wine knowledge, service techniques, and POS systems to enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including ServSafe standards.
