Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Associate
Conestoga is seeking a unique candidate to fill a Customer Service position that includes some warehouse duties.
Candidate must enjoy working a busy service counter, as well as working the phones as a customer service representative. This position is a combination of physical work and computer work.
The ideal candidate will have:
- The ability to speak and communicate clearly on the phone, in person, and via email
- Strong computer skills
- Prior forklift experience
- Experience in telephone and in-person customer service
- Ability to navigate a parts-number oriented computer system
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
This position requires a dynamic, hard worker with the ability to connect with customers, and the ability to switch tasks quickly between office work and warehouse work.
The hours of this position are Monday through Friday, 7a to 4p.
