Responsibilities:
The Hub Manager is on the front lines of getting product to internal and external customers in a timely manner – a critical differentiator that makes us stand apart from our competitors. Your leadership will provide world class support to distribution footprint of our Baltimore / DC Metro Area Distribution Hub. The scope of your responsibilities will include Inbound, Outbound, Warehousing and Inventory Control. We are always analyzing and recalibrating our best practices and our technology / IT tools to continue to astound our customers and to support our people. Our investment in process improvements and technology is critical to support our constantly evolving business.
The Hub Manager role leads with a focus on safety, continuous improvement, relationship building, communication and strategic thinking. Your guidance will help other distribution leaders achieve the highest standards in service, accuracy and productivity. You will apply your distribution knowledge and key metrics to understand what’s working well and where to improve. With your support and direction, your team will have a clear understanding of goals and expectations and thrive on mutual accountability and regular constructive feedback. Open communication will be key to presenting the big picture and establishing department and building priorities. Your commitment to lead by example will show solidarity with your team, as you spend time on the floor every day, observing and directing operations.

About you:
- Training in the areas of Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant discipline.
- Must have experience in a distribution environment including Pick/Pack, Receiving, and IC.
- Must have experience supervising both hourly and salaried employees.
- Must have exposure to managing performance metrics and implementing process improvements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to handle changing priorities and use of good judgement in stressful situations.
- Ability to motivate others with strong conflict management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and termination.
- Must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands - typically Monday thru Friday; No holidays!
- This position is full-time onsite

Pay: $90,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
