Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer transporting household goods across the United States.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Ensure all cargo is properly loaded, secured, and protected.
- Maintain accurate logs and required DOT documentation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules and route updates.
- Follow all FMCSA and DOT safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL License
- Minimum 2 years of recent tractor-trailer driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Moving industry experience is a plus but not required
