Restaurant Server Assistant / Busser - Full-Time

Falcons Landing is seeking dedicated and personable Server Assistants to support our upscale dining services. This is more than a hospitality role—it’s an opportunity to provide exceptional service to retired military officers and their families in a warm, respectful, and community-driven environment.
As a Server Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a seamless dining experience by supporting servers, maintaining an inviting atmosphere, and ensuring every resident feels valued and cared for.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare dining areas by setting tables with precision and attention to detail
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain smooth service flow
- Assist servers with food delivery, beverage service, and guest needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all dining areas
- Provide friendly, respectful interactions with residents and guests
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in hospitality or senior living is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
- Weekday evenings: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Saturdays: 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Sundays: 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM
