Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a diverse selection of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS accurately during transactions
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; assist with stock replenishment and ordering as needed
- Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to promote guest safety
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate catering, banquet service, or special events when required
Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably within fine dining or upscale hospitality settings
- Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, cocktail mixing techniques, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and brewing processes
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle busy shifts smoothly without compromising quality or safety
- Basic math proficiency for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding, and beverage portioning
- Experience in food handling, food safety practices, catering events, banquet service, or retail food industry is highly desirable
