We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and motivated licensed therapist to join our growing clinical team. This is a full-time hybrid position offering both in-office and telehealth services.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services.
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment interventions as clinically appropriate.
- Collaborate with members of the multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Participate in required clinical supervision and staff meetings.
- Work effectively with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, families, and individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Therapists with an interest in substance use treatment will have the opportunity to facilitate Substance Use Disorder (SUD) groups. (Optional based on interest and qualifications.)
Qualifications
- Active Maryland clinical license required (LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT, or another Maryland license that permits the provision of psychotherapy).
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of treatment planning, clinical documentation, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide both in-person and telehealth services.
- Passion for providing compassionate, person-centered behavioral healthcare.
Compensation
Competitive salary based on licensure and experience.
- LMSW / LGPC / LGMFT: $68,000–$76,000 annually
- LCSW-C / LCPC / LCMFT: $80,000–$85,000+ annually
Salary is commensurate with licensure, experience, and specialized clinical expertise.
