Assignments include warehouse support, commercial moving projects, office furniture installations, deliveries, and logistics services for a variety of commercial and government clients throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport furniture, equipment, supplies, and materials
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery
- Organize warehouse inventory and storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, dollies, and other material handling equipment
- Assist with commercial office moves and logistics projects
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all company and customer safety requirements
- Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently
- Represent Calvin Price Group professionally at customer locations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one (1) year of warehouse, moving, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, push, and pull throughout the workday
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required

Schedule
This is an on-call Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity.
Assignments are scheduled based on customer demand and project needs. Work hours are not guaranteed and may vary by project.
Job assignments may include:
- Weekdays
- Evenings
- Weekends
- Early morning start times
- Full-day or partial-day projects
Contractors have the flexibility to accept available assignments based on their availability.
Compensation
- $18.00–$25.00 per hour
- Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and project requirements.
Benefits
This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position. Benefits, paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance, and retirement benefits are not provided.
