Embracing Tranquility is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative and operational needs in an in-person behavioral health setting. This role plays a critical part in supporting clinical services, compliance, and overall agency workflow. Provide in-person administrative support to leadership and program staff Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage front-office communication Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation Assist with scheduling, data entry, and internal correspondence Support prior authorization processes, including tracking submissions, gathering required documentation, and following up on authorization statuses Assist with billing, compliance, and accreditation-related administrative tasks Coordinate office supplies and support day-to-day office operations Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance at all times

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred) Previous administrative or office support experience preferred Experience supporting prior authorizations, billing, or healthcare administration is a strong plus Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an in-person office setting Behavioral health or healthcare experience preferred
