Entry Level Pastry / Bakery Assistant
We are hiring an individual looking to develop as a pastry professional at a small, quality-focused artisan bakery.
Responsibilities
- Produce artisan pastries, viennoiserie, and desserts with consistency and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold quality standards and support daily production.
Requirements
- Pastry school education or some prior pastry/bakery experience in a commercial setting.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and available for early morning and weekend shifts.
- Follow food safety standards.
Compensation
This is an entry level position, with opportunity to develop and grow. Compensation begins at entry level and scales based on experience, skill level, and demonstrated craftsmanship.
