Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Support the Store Manager to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
Customer Excellence: Guarantee memorable customer experiences through exceptional service.
Store Oversight: Maintain a pristine, welcoming store environment, stepping in for the Store Manager as needed.
Inventory and Ordering: Keep a close eye on stock levels, managing inventory efficiently.
Administrative Duties: Manage scheduling, payroll, and maintain accurate records, ensuring smooth store operations.
Staff Training: Educate and lead staff to ensure top-notch service.
Resolve Issues: Quickly address and solve customer concerns, upholding our reputation for quality.
Prioritize Efficiently: Utilize time management skills to meet objectives effectively.
