At Fallen Oak Distilling & Speakeasy, our goal is to deliver true farm-to-bottle products & experiences. Our unique cocktail menu features our own Fallen Oak spirits, and is both created & cultivated by our dedicated distiller & lead bartenders.
We are seeking friendly and eager Bartenders to join our team on weekends (Fri, Sat, & Sun). Our Bartenders are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive & interactive experience for our guests. You will be the face of our establishment and play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about cocktails, mixology, and delivering a great experience to our patrons.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and attentive manner.
- Memorize our craft cocktail menu.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food according to our recipes and standards.
- Manage cash & credit transactions using our POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and handling guidelines.
- Ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Keep the bar and surrounding areas clean and tidy.
- Help to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge of our menu and drinks.
- Help to create & cultivate our seasonal cocktail menus.
- Assist with banquet and special events as needed.
**Skills:**
- Proven experience as a Bartender.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
- Ability to operate a POS system and perform basic math calculations.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods.
Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
