Fitness Studio Sales Associates goal is to provide superior customer service, drive traffic into the location, continually increase the membership base, and focus on the retention of current members.

- Looking for a long-term part-time position of 10 to 30 hours per week
- Our ideal candidates have previous sales experience, strong interest in helping others feel and look their very best while benefiting from rewarding performance-based commissions and bonuses
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve all retail sales goals
- Sell memberships and retail products
- Conduct studio tours for guests and new members
- Conduct sales calls, texts and emails to interested leads
- Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns
- Participate in prospecting and outside promotions for new members
- Greet members/guests promptly and enthusiastically; create a friendly, energetic and welcoming atmosphere
- Learn everything that needs to be discovered about all products and future products that will be introduced
- Assist manager in social media engagement posts, promotions and on-going ad campaigns by providing insight on results, ideas and more to increase traffic and promote online engagement
- Review and update Studio Prospecting/Client tracking logs daily to ensure proper exercise of prospecting duties and follow to increase sales opportunity and personal commissions. This includes new member follow up, new guest tracking, etc
- Perform the lesser exciting duties with positivity such as cleaning and keeping the equipment in tidy order
Job Type: Part-time
Studio Staffed Hours:
- Monday through Thursday: 11 AM - 8 PM
- Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM - 2 PM
Available shifts:
- Flexible 4-8 hour shifts (Early afternoons to Evenings)
