We’re looking for an organized, dependable, and hardworking team member to help support our fast-growing live jewelry business.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with beautiful jewelry, and being part of a fast-paced team. No jewelry experience is required—we’ll train the right person.
Schedule:
* Monday – Friday
* 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM(half an hour range of adjustment might occur )
* Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Responsibilities:
Inventory Preparation
* Unpack incoming inventory
* Remove packaging and organize products
* Sort jewelry by category, color, and material
* Price and label merchandise
* Stock inventory on shelves
* Maintain an organized inventory system
Live Show Support:
* Prepare products before each live show
* Quickly provide products requested by the live stream's requests
* Restock inventory during live streams
* Keep the livestream area clean and organized
* Help maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
Daily Operations:
* Organize shelves and workstations
* Help receive and process new inventory
* Maintain a clean, professional workspace
* Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Fast and efficient
* Reliable and punctual
* Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working with jewelry and small items
* Positive, proactive, and willing to learn
* Able to lift boxes up to 40 lbs occasionally
Jewelry, retail, warehouse, or inventory experience is a plus, but not required.
