Since opening our new restaurant concept on Cobb Island this past spring, we’ve been on a mission to continuously up our game with an uncompromising focus on hospitality, precision, and the finer details.

Our Front and Back of House are led by seasoned industry veterans with decades of upscale and fine dining experience in some of the most notable restaurants in the DC area. We are building a culture of high-caliber hospitality—and we're looking for talented people who share that passion.

We are currently hiring experienced Bartenders and Servers. While flexibility to work both floor and bar is a strong plus, our main priority is exceptional talent. Whether you're a multi-talented professional open to both roles, a master bartender who wants to own the bar, or a stellar server dedicated to floor service, we want you on our team.

If you bring proven upscale or fine dining experience, deeply understand and love food, wine, and craft cocktails, care about every detail that turns a good meal into an exceptional guest experience, and are genuinely hardworking and honest—we would love to meet you.

What We’re Looking For

Age: Must be at least 21 years old (required for beverage service).
Experience: Proven track record in an upscale or fine dining environment.
Availability: Consistent weekend availability is required.
Beverage & Culinary Knowledge: Deep knowledge of wine, craft cocktails, spirits, and culinary preparation methods.
Hospitality Focus: Passion for anticipating guest needs and creating memorable dining experiences.
Integrity & Standards: Strong work ethic, high level of honesty, and relentless attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Deliver attentive, polished, and personalized guest service on the floor or behind the bar.
Speak passionately and knowledgeably about our menu, wine list, craft cocktails, and food preparation techniques.
Craft signature drinks with precision, speed, and consistency (for Bartenders).
Manage tables, sections, and guest flow seamlessly using Toast POS.
Maintain strict cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
Bring positive energy, teamwork, and flexibility to every shift.
