A growing organization is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our production and warehouse operations. You'll oversee daily operations, manage a team, and help drive efficiency using Lean principles — all in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
What you'll do:
- Lead daily warehouse/production operations, including forklift and baler use
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage warehouse and maintenance staff
- Oversee equipment maintenance and safety programs (OSHA compliant)
- Track KPIs, manage inventory, and improve process flow
- Manage shipping, receiving, and invoicing
What you'll need:
- Associate's degree (or 2+ years additional experience)
- 4+ years in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics
- 3+ years supervisory experience
- Forklift experience (OSHA certification a plus); baler experience preferred
- Valid driver's license, insurable
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions
