Job Summary
E-Logic, Inc. is seeking qualified and reliable Movers and Material Handlers to support a government-related project involving secure facility relocation and material handling operations. This position is responsible for safely packing, labeling, transporting, loading, unloading, and organizing office materials, furniture, and IT-related equipment while following strict safety, security, and handling procedures.
This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, teamwork, and strict compliance with security protocols. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and experience in moving, logistics, material handling, facility transitions, or related operations.
Only qualified candidates who meet all project requirements will be selected. An active Secret Clearance is mandatory for this position. Candidates without an active clearance will not be considered.
Selected candidates must successfully complete all required pre-employment screening requirements, including drug testing, prior to assignment. Employees may also be subject to additional drug testing during employment and/or after completion of the assignment as required by company policy, contract requirements, and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Moving and Material Handling
Safely load, transport, unload, and position furniture, office materials, equipment, and IT-related assets while ensuring all items are handled properly and protected from damage.
Packing and Protection
Pack materials securely using approved packing methods and materials. Ensure items are properly labeled, organized, and prepared for transportation according to project procedures.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records of all transported items. Verify materials before, during, and after relocation activities to prevent loss, damage, or misplacement.
Equipment Assembly and Setup
Assist with the assembly and disassembly of furniture, equipment, and other materials as required during relocation activities.
Safety and Security Compliance
Follow all applicable safety procedures, security requirements, company policies, and project-specific instructions at all times.
Protect sensitive equipment and materials by following proper handling procedures and maintaining awareness of security requirements.
Communication and Customer Service
Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and authorized project representatives to ensure smooth and coordinated operations.
Maintain professional interactions and provide excellent customer service throughout all relocation activities.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance required. Candidates without an active clearance will not be considered.
- Previous experience in professional moving, logistics, material handling, facility transition, or related operations preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items while performing physically demanding work for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive or fragile equipment carefully.
- Knowledge of proper packing, loading, unloading, and safety procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and comply with security and operational requirements.
- Excellent teamwork, reliability, and communication skills.
- Must comply with all project requirements, including required screenings and safety procedures.
