Job Summary

Duties
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts while adhering to safety protocols.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and updating inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves, labeling products, and ensuring proper placement for easy retrieval.
- Process shipping logistics documentation, including shipping & receiving logs, trade compliance paperwork, and international trade regulations when applicable.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms for data entry, order processing, and inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes, improve workflow efficiency, and uphold safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with inventory management software, ERP systems (such as AS400), and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order picking, inventory counts, and packaging tasks.
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating reach trucks and pallet jacks is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for stocking, order fulfillment, and data entry tasks.
- Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and e-commerce fulfillment processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset to support team collaboration and client satisfaction.

Pay: $22.85 - $27.56 per hour
