REALM Rooftop Bar is seeking a Bartender to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, engaging service to guests throughout their entire rooftop experience
- Confidently guide guests through the food and beverage menus, including cocktails, wine, and specials
- Accurately enter orders into the POS system with attention to timing and coursing
- Anticipate guest needs and offer thoughtful recommendations to enhance their visit
- Collaborate with the full team to ensure smooth, seamless service
- Maintain table upkeep including watering, clearing, and resetting as needed
- Handle all payments accurately and responsibly
- Support a positive, team-driven environment through side work and shared responsibilities
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and guest engagement skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Comfort working independently while maintaining high standards
- Experience with Toast POS system a plus, and familiarity handling payments
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Meets legal age requirements for alcohol service
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
Pay: From $10.30 per hour
