Responsibilities
- Create and serve high-quality cocktails, wine, and beer with precision
- Provide warm, attentive guest experiences at the bar
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and bar setup standards
- Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen team
- Assist with opening/closing duties and inventory procedures
Requirements
- 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, cocktail bar, or similar fast-paced environment; bartending school certification also considered
- Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and professional bar service standards
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, polished, and guest-focused approach
- Ability to multitask efficiently, stay organized, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to providing an exceptional guest experience
