Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. You will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment, whether it be in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or during special events such as banquets and catering.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate POS systems transactions.
- Handle cash and perform cashiering duties with accuracy.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies.
- Stay informed about menu offerings, including specialty drinks and food pairings.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is a MUST.
- Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
- Experience with catering services or banquet operations is advantageous.

Pay: $24.33 - $35.00 per hour
