DRIVERS – 26 ft Box Truck (No CDL & CDL)
We are hiring No CDL and CDL drivers to operate 26 ft box trucks with liftgate (Freightliner) on local and regional routes. We are looking for highly responsible professionals with proven experience and a true passion for the road-individuals who enjoy traveling, earning income while driving, and representing the company with excellence on every delivery.

Driver Benefits & Compensation
- 25% of the invoice gross (No CDL)
- 28% of the invoice gross (CDL)
- During the route, drivers will be paid for days with no available loads.
- Weekly payments.
- After 2 months, safety bonuses will be activated for responsible driving, proper unit care, and on‑time deliveries with no customer claims.
- One dispatcher per driver, 24/7.
Driver Responsibilities
- Safely and professionally operate 26 ft box trucks with liftgate.
- Ensure deliveries are on time, accurate, and in good condition.
- Plan and follow efficient routes while complying with traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Verify cargo and documentation before each delivery.
- Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and in optimal condition.
- Immediately report dashboard alerts, mechanical issues, incidents, accidents, or violations.
- Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Represent the company with a professional image toward clients and authorities.
- Load and unload freight when necessary (pallet jack).
- Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
- Properly use the ELD and report any malfunction or issue.
- Maintain constant and effective communication with dispatch.
Mandatory Requirements – Drivers
- Minimum 2 years of experience driving 26 ft box trucks.
- Availability to be on the road for at least 2 weeks.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid DOT medical card.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Clean background check.
- No driving under the influence of substances.
- Experience using ELD or dispatch/tracking apps.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Clean driving record (no accidents in the last 3 years).
- Drug test and background verification required.
- Willingness to sleep in the truck; the company will provide all necessary comfort equipment.
- CDL is a plus and increases compensation value.
- Airport and military base access permits (preferred).
