Job Overview
Our Client is seeking skilled Experienced Certified Industrial Forklift Operators to join their dynamic team in a fast-paced Logistics Management and Transportation Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts with the ability to move large materials such as lumber and other building materials
Shift Options:
7am-3:30pm, 4pm-12:30am Monday - Friday
Duties
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport building materials.
- Ability to move large cargo with Industrial lifts
- Perform order picking tasks, ensuring accuracy in selecting products for shipment.
- Build pallets and prepare loads for delivery while adhering to company standards for safety and quality.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist with inventory management by accurately tracking incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks associated with heavy lifting and equipment operation.
Experience
- Previous experience operating Industrial Lifts moving building supllies, cargo or lumber
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including cranes and order pickers, is a plus.
- Proven ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to forklift operation is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards in all aspects of work.
