We’re looking for dependable CDL Drivers to join our growing team. Based on your experience, qualifications, and business needs, you may operate Front-End, Automated Side Load (ASL), or Swing collection equipment.

What You’ll Do
- Safely operate assigned CDL waste collection vehicles and equipment.
- Complete assigned routes efficiently and on schedule.
- Perform required pre- and post-trip inspections and DVIRs.
- Safely navigate residential, commercial, and industrial areas.
- Operate Front-End, ASL, or Swing equipment based on assignment and qualifications.
- Monitor surroundings and follow all safe operating and backing procedures.
- Report vehicle, equipment, route, customer, or safety concerns to dispatch.
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
- Follow all company, DOT, and OSHA safety requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
- Valid DOT medical certification.
- Safe driving record that meets company requirements.
- Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and collection equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous CDL or waste industry experience preferred, but not required.
Training is provided on company-specific equipment and procedures.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
- Early morning start times
- Home daily
- Year-round outdoor work
