What You'll Do
- Welcome patients when they arrive and help them check in and out
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help patients with questions
- Help with patient follow-up and referrals, with guidance from our clinical staff
- Keep the front office organized and running smoothly
- Keep track of office supplies and reorder when we're running low
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Practice Manager
- Protect patient privacy and follow office policies

- Friendly and comfortable talking with people
- Reliable and on time
- Able to stay organized when the office gets busy
- Willing to learn and ask questions
- Basic computer and social media skills
- High school graduate (minimum)
