Job Title: Distribution Specialist I
Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
· Handle the day‑to‑day assignments of warehouse job tasks and monitor completion of required activities.
· Receive incoming shipments of non‑GMP/GMP materials and equipment following established procedures.
· Dispense GMP materials to support production operations.
· Prepare and deliver raw materials to various departments as needed, ensuring proper procedure and temperature range are followed.
· Maintain accurate inventory of GMP warehouse materials.
· Assist with inventory cycle counts and accurate ERP transactions.
· Communicate inventory discrepancies to warehouse operations team and escalate when appropriate.
· Cross‑train in additional areas of the warehouse operations.
· Prepare general shipments and equipment as required per established policies and procedures (excluding patient material).
· Ensure individual employee training is up‑to‑date.
· Adhere to all safety procedures and keep warehouse operations clean and inspection‑ready.
· Complete in‑house forklift certification.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.
· Duties may be delegated to designated deputies of a satisfactory qualification level as needed.
Candidate Requirements
Degree – High School Diploma
Knowledge of GMP environment
Years of Experience – 1 to 2 years in a warehouse environment
Top 3 Skills – Attendance and Punctuality. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Communication.
