Host/Cashier – Front of House
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $12.00 per hour + tips
- **Guaranteed minimum earnings of $19.00 per hour** (base + tips). If tips do not bring your hourly earnings to $19.00, we'll make up the difference.
- Weekday & weekend availability.
Responsibilities:
As a Front of House Associate, you will be cross-trained to perform a variety of duties, including:
- Welcoming every guest with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Taking dine-in, takeout, and online pickup orders accurately.
- Processing cash and credit card payments.
- Preparing beverages and serving food promptly.
- Seating guests and managing dining room flow.
- Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the front counter, waiting area, restrooms, and outdoor seating.
- Restocking cups, utensils, sauces, and beverages.
- Completing opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties.
- Working closely with the kitchen team to provide fast, accurate service.
- Using the waitlist system.
Open Kitchen Prep/Server – Front of House
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $12.00 per hour + tips

- Weekday & weekend availability.
Schedule:
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Responsibilities:
As a Cook/Server, you will keep our kitchen and service running smoothly by:
- Preparing bowls and appetizers for dine-in and takeout orders.
- Serving orders to guests promptly and accurately.
- Helping pack takeout orders for pickup.
- Assembling and plating dishes to ensure consistent presentation and quality.
- Taking orders and answering guest questions about the menu.
- Restocking service stations and front-of-house supplies as needed.
Nightly Cleaning Duties (Kitchen Area):
- Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floors.
- Mopping the floor drains daily to keep them clean and free of debris and buildup.
- Wiping down and sanitizing all kitchen counters, prep surfaces, and cutting boards.
- Cleaning and sanitizing cooking equipment, utensils, and smallwares.
- Breaking down and cleaning the prep and packing stations.
- Emptying kitchen trash and recycling and replacing liners.
- Wiping down the cook line, equipment exteriors, and high-touch kitchen surfaces before closing.
- Completing all kitchen closing checklists and leaving the kitchen clean and ready for the next shift.
Qualifications (Both Positions)
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Friendly, professional, and dependable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
