Helpers work alongside a box truck driver, completing 15–26 stops per day to ensure timely, accurate, and professional deliveries. Helpers assist with loading, unloading, carrying, and placing items at customers’ homes.
Delivery services depend on the customer’s selection:
- Front Door Delivery: Deliver items to the customer’s front door.
- Threshold Delivery: Place items just inside the customer’s doorway.
- Room of Choice Delivery: Deliver items to the customer’s preferred room. This may include stairs and heavy lifting.
Performance and Route Assignments
Customer service, teamwork, and consistent performance are essential. Helpers must maintain a daily performance score of 98%–100%.
- Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback is a priority.
- Customer feedback directly impacts performance scores and future route opportunities.
- Route opportunities are competitive and performance-based, with a goal of 100% performance.
Pay and Benefits

Helper Qualifications
- No experience required; delivery or warehouse experience is a plus
- Clean background
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, including on stairs
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet performance targets consistently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with a delivery driver
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible availability
Military base access is a plus and highly preferred.
