H&C Construction, Design and Build , based residential in Retail and remodeling company specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations, is looking for a Showroom Assistant to support our design and sales operations.
The Showroom Assistant will support product coordination, supplier communication, showroom operations, sales and basic design software management while helping ensure accurate product tracking and smooth project preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product data entry and maintain organized records of fixtures and materials
- Track product costs and maintain updated pricing information
- Monitor showroom inventory and coordinate restocking needs
- Communicate with suppliers to check product availability and stock levels
- Confirm delivery timelines and follow up on pending shipments
- Verify that fixtures and materials arrive correctly and on time
- Support showroom operations and maintain product organization
- Answer incoming calls and emails from clients and suppliers
- Assist in managing projects within 2020 Design Kitchen & Bath software
- Maintain showroom presentation through merchandising, stocking, and routine maintenance; organize product information and use Microsoft Office tools.
Qualifications
- Bilingual. english/ spanish required for contractors communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of interior materials, cabinets, flooring, fixtures, or kitchen/bath products
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and digital systems
- Interest in kitchen, bath, or residential remodeling design
