Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, providing an exceptional experience for our guests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for inventory management, interfacing with vendors, crafting cocktails, serving drinks, managing an additional bar-back, and ensuring that our bar area is well-maintained and inviting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate cash registers accurately, process payments, and manage tabs for customers.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; Interface with vendors to order supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
- Collaborate with Executive Chef on inhouse requirements for bar service, and kitchen staff to coordinate food orders.
- Stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings to provide recommendations to guests.
Experience
- One year previous bartending experience in restaurant required.
- Must have current ABRA license, & food handler certification (ex: ServSafe).
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and cocktail recipes.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with food industry standards and food handling practices is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- A passion for brewing or knowledge of fine dining service can enhance your candidacy.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
