Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main goal will be to create a welcoming and efficient environment for our patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Process payments through POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry preferred
- Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Excellent guest relations skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Proficiency in using POS systems, such as Micros POS, is an advantage
