Barbacks
JOB DUTIES
- Be gracious, friendly, patient and have a helpful attitude towards guests
- Bus and clean tables, Wash glassware and organize glassware
- Change Kegs when needed in an accurately and timely manner
- Take direction from the bartenders, taproom manager and other staff as needed
- Have a strong knowledge of all products sold
- Maintain a clean and inviting taproom and surrounding areas
- Setup and/or breakdown the taproom, restrooms, patio, and all other service areas as needed. Clean and restock restrooms
- Stock and put away deliveries.
- Follow all safety and health regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have reliable transportation and able to work late nights. Shifts can start as early as 10am. Night shifts can run until 12am on weeknights and 3am on weekends.
Pay is $8 an hour plus tips.
Average $30 - $40 an hour after tip out.
Credit card tips are paid on biweekly paychecks. Cash tips paid next day.
