Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely service.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and enhance their experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Handle cash register transactions, including processing payments and providing change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow. - Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as required.
