Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Line Cooks to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent food safety standards, and supporting the overall dining experience. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence.
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients to streamline kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.
Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure health standards are met.
Support meal preparation for catering events or special functions, adapting to different menu requirements.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Adhere to all kitchen safety regulations and maintain a positive, team-oriented environment.

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within the food industry.
Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
Experience working in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
Ability to follow detailed recipes and menu plans accurately.
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards meal preparation and service.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.50 per hour
