Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office.

Duties:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Assist in customer support by answering phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks.
- Coordinate projects by scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and setting reminders.
- Maintain office organization and order entry tasks.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Secretary or relevant administrative role.
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications.
- Knowledge of project coordination and office management procedures.
