Gold Pediatrics LLC is seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant with the following: Only serious candidates that MEET the following criteria should apply:

-At least one year experience as a medical assistant

- Pediatric experience, is a MUST

- Immunizations with Infants and Teens is a MUST

-Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST

-Experience with electronic health records, preferably eClinicalWorks

-Excellent communication skills on the phone and in person

-Experience with word processing skills

-Well organized and with excellent time management skills

-Must be friendly and polite with clients and fellow employees

-Must be able to document and relay information accurately and in detail

-Must work well with others and be a team player

-Must comply with HIPPA regulations

-Must agree to a background check

-Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday (40 hours weekly)

-There will be rotating Saturday morning hours, 8am to 12pm

Responsibilities

Assist with patient care by measuring vital signs, administering immunizations, and ensuring comfort during visits.
Communicate effectively with patients and families, offering bilingual support in Spanish and English.
Adhere to HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive patient information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
