Position Overview

TLScontact is seeking a skilled and reliable IT Field Operations Engineer to support IT infrastructure and end-user systems across our U.S. operations. This role ensures proper deployment, configuration, maintenance, and security compliance of IT equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and IT equipment
Ensure devices are properly enrolled, encrypted, and compliant with cybersecurity policies
Provide technical support to internal staff
Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and device setup
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues
Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years IT support or IT engineering experience
Experience with Active Directory
Experience supporting Windows environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to support multiple locations

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with endpoint deployment and device encryption
Experience in multi-site environments
Strong organizational and communication skills

Travel:
Occasional travel may be required to support other TLScontact locations
