We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bakerto join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in bagel making, and any prior experience in baking is a plus. This is a part time position with potential for more.

Responsibilities

Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Package finished products for display or sale, ensuring they are appealing to customers.
Assist with inventory management by monitoring ingredient supplies and placing orders as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their inquiries about baked goods.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or as a baker is preferred.
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
Culinary skills with an emphasis on baking techniques are required.
Experience with cake decorating is highly desirable.
Strong knife skills for food preparation tasks are necessary.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.

Pay based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
