Pay: $18-24/hr based on experience

Job Description:

The Medical Assistant will work in a busy outpatient ambulatory clinic.
Will assist with both front and back office duties.
Will triage and room patients, taking vital signs as required.
Will be handling prior authorizations, handling prescription refills, and updating the patient chart.
Prepare exam rooms.
Candidates MUST have either a Medical Assistant Diploma or up to date certification (CMA, CCMA, RMA).
This is a full-time contract to hire job opportunity with benefits!

Schedule: Monday - Friday (standard business hours)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent
MA Diploma or Active Certification (CMA, CCMA, RMA) is required!
1-2+ years experience as a medical assistant in a fast paced clinic.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
