Overview
The Maitre D ensures a welcoming and exceptional guest experience while leading front-of-house operations. This role manages reservations, seating, and service flow while setting the standard for execution on the floor. The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, high-end service environments.

Pay
$7.50/hour plus tips.

Key Responsibilities

Manage reservations, seating, and service flow.
Oversee the guest experience from arrival to departure.
Support and coordinate front-of-house operations.
Maintain an organized and polished front-of-house environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in an upscale hospitality setting, such as fine dining, luxury hotels, highend cocktail bars, concierge services, or VIP guest services.
Strong understanding of elevated service standards with the ability to create memorable guest experiences.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs.
Team-oriented with the ability to remain composed and effective in a fastpaced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
