Affordable Home Solutions is rapidly growing and hiring motivated individuals for our Outside Sales team in the DMV area.

This is a full-time, field-based sales role focused on roofing and exterior home solutions. You will work directly with homeowners, generate leads, set appointments, and help grow a high-performing sales organization.

No sales experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and a proven system designed to help motivated individuals succeed quickly.

Responsibilities

Speak with homeowners face-to-face
Generate roofing and exterior sales leads
Set qualified appointments for inspections and estimates
Track daily activity and performance goals
Represent the company professionally in the field

Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Positive attitude and coachable mindset
Reliable transportation to Falls Church, VA
Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with people
Full-time availability

Compensation & Earnings

While in training:

$1 per door knocked
$100 per appointment set

After training:

Commission on closed deals
Bonus pay for weekly goals

Every week you work, you're building income from multiple directions. Our reps average $700–$800/week their first month and grow from there. Paid every Friday.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
