We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Lead Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest accommodations, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Your commitment to quality and attention to detail will contribute significantly to our guests' overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:
· Physically perform all housekeeping duties for all rooms in apartment to include dusting, polishing, washing, vacuuming, sanitizing and organizing

· Restock room supplies such as drinking glasses, soaps, shampoos, writing supplies, mini bar

· Replace dirty linens with clean items

· Restore all dirty laundry in line with company policy

· Check all appliances in rooms are in working order

· Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout

· Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills, broken glasses

· Organize and restock cart at the end of the shift

· Prepare welcome/rollover packets

· Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms

· Follow all company safety and security procedures

· Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards

· Observe and report damage of apartment property

· Ensure that household inventory, keys and parking access device is kept current in inventory order

· Provide excellent customer service for any client issues

· When working independently, responsible for complete apartment inspection to include uploading inspection forms and photos to company application

· Training housekeepers

· Creating schedules as needed

· Covering housekeeping duties as needed

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Ability to speak English.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
