Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightclub settings. You will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations.
Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service.
Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to support banquet events and catering services as needed.
Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and food handling practices to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant or nightclub environment is preferred.
Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions.
Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
Experience in banquet service or catering is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $17.95 - $31.98 per hour
