Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining the bar area to the highest standards. Your role will be pivotal in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
Handle cash register transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Assist with banquet services and catering events as needed.
Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.
Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, menu offerings, and food handling safety practices.

Skills

Proficient in food handling practices and safety regulations.
Experience in banquet service and catering is preferred.
Strong background in food service within the hospitality industry.
Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Excellent math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
Exceptional time management abilities to handle busy shifts efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
