We are seeking experienced hospitality-driven Servers to join our team at our Mosaic District location. Responsibilities

Deliver warm, attentive and personalized service to every guest
Guide guests through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm
Make thoughtful food, wine, cocktail and beverage recommendations
Accurately enter orders and ensure timely, seamless service
Maintain detailed knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients and daily specials
Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and poise
Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar and management teams to ensure exceptional execution
Maintain clean, organized and guest-ready dining areas
Clear, reset and prepare tables efficiently throughout service
Complete opening, closing and side work responsibilities
Uphold all food safety, sanitation and service standards

Qualifications

Minimum two years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
Proven ability to provide exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced environment
Strong sales skills, including upselling and menu recommendation techniques
Wine, beer and cocktail knowledge preferred
Experience with Toast POS systems and cash handling
Excellent communication, guest engagement and teamwork skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with Greek cuisine is a plus
Knowledge of Greek culture and fluency in Greek are a plus but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
