Dennis Associates Group, LLC located in Centreville, Virginia is looking for an initiative-taking individual with excellent communication and customer service skills to serve as Administrative Assistant.

The position is very deadline driven therefore the successful candidate must be able to work efficiently.

You should be customer service focused, flexible and solution oriented. Eager to learn and possess outstanding organizational and time management skills.

This is a part-time position, 8:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M. Monday to Thursday with the possibility of transition to full time.

Job Duties:

· Assist with overall administrative activities for the company.

· Draft/write letters, memorandums, and other correspondence.

· Oversee communication of sensitive client data and information.

· Run errands locally therefore candidates must own a vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented and stressful environment.

· Ability to collaborate with individuals from different social, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality.

· Able to work independently with limited supervision.

Education and Experience:

· High School Diploma
