Responsibilities of a Entry Level Assistant Manager:

Lead face-to-face,customer interactions while modeling effective sales techniques as an Entry Level Assistant Manager
Support team members during sales presentations by demonstrating product knowledge and objection-handling strategies
Assist in achieving individual and team sales goals through daily coaching, motivation, and in-field support
Monitor and track key performance metrics, including outreach numbers, conversions, and customer acquisition rates
Help optimize daily territory planning and outreach strategies to maximize results
Provide real-time feedback in the field to improve performance and confidence
Support leadership in organizing team meetings, setting daily goals, and reviewing results
Maintain high standards of professionalism, brand representation, and compliance during all customer interactions

Qualifications of a Entry Level Assistant Manager:
