Job Overview

We are a local marketing and sales company seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to represent client brands in a retail environment. This is an on-site position involving face-to-face customer interaction, product education, and sales support. Paid training is provided.

This role is ideal for individuals interested in developing skills in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a retail setting to introduce products and services
Provide accurate product information and answer customer questions
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Generate and qualify sales leads
Meet individual and team sales goals
Maintain professional relationships with customers and retail partners
Participate in ongoing product and sales training

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Comfortable working in a performance-based setting
Must be authorized to work in the United States
